If you request an appointment, we collect the details you provide: name, UAE phone or WhatsApp number, vehicle make, model, year, service required, and preferred date and time.

If you apply for work through the careers page, we collect your name, phone or WhatsApp number, the position you are applying for, and any email you include. We do not collect a resume through this website. If there is a fit, the garage will contact you for your CV.

How we use it

We use booking information to contact you, understand the vehicle, and arrange or discuss workshop work. Job applications are collected only to consider you for employment at the workshop and are not used for other purposes. We do not sell this information.

Sharing

Workshop staff may see booking details in order to prepare for your visit, and may see applications in order to consider candidates. If email notifications are enabled, the same details are sent to the workshop inbox through the email service used to deliver them. We do not share personal information with unrelated third parties except where required by law.

Retention

Appointment details are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and any related workshop record. Applications are kept only as long as needed to consider employment.
